RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:estimateSmall share count could somewhat explain volatility but I disagree that this is relevant to amount of room to raise equity. Issuing new shares now would be awful. 

Some management selling shares reported. Maybe they want their tax-loss too!
