Thanks ADubiousCharacter for your distractionThanks for allowing me to communicate with a non-FAB5/quer group. ADubiousCharacter on iHub is certainly a caring MSX Stockholder who wants his investment back.....like many others. Great, you wil be the first to sell your MSX Stock position when it reaches $.60/share and move on in life. ADubiousCharacter is distracting from the current and ongoing criminal investigations in severa countries
Brent Johnson has made peace with many MSX Stockholders. Because of this, I settled with him and have allowed Brent Johnson and Steve Holt to comply with all required Canadian Securities laws............at the present, MSX corporate is not obligated to disclose anything.
For years I have said my peace about my relationship with Jorge. I have NOTHING to do with him. Jorge has agreed to co-operate with Brent Johnson for a peaceful resolution between Kanco Stockholders and Jorge.
Deliberate fraud on MSX is the issue, and it has happened for years. Until the Criminal investigations are done in Chile, Canada and the US, MSX doesn't have anything "required" to put in a Press Release. They are required to publish a monthly statement and I know that is being prepared and will be published soon. The general public will be able to see what MSX has done since the last published report (September, 2013). I am sure not much has happened which is required to be published since the last report!
Now for Dubdoughdough's statement below:
When a MSX stockholder demands a MSX statement, the only rights is through their "marketmaker". The other way is to file an official complaint and a "chat board" is not the forum. So DubChar, why don't you give your true name and I'll talk to MSX Management and call you up and give you an honest answer/ You have my contact information.
Thanks, again, for alowing me to check-mate a MSX Stockholder who is not wiling to hire and attorney and seek answers through the proper and legal channels.
ADubiousCharacter: Easily distracted, anyone? All this talk of dissenting directors has nothing to do with the fundamentals. Mr. Davis wants everyone to focus on a couple of shareholders who he says have been "bought off" (by ABX?)... what a load! Does anyone believe this? Isn't it *at least* as possible that some people who have sunk their money into MSX are simply disappointed by poor management? Still no closer to lifting the CTO. Still no update for investors. Still no plan to meet financial obligations. But ooooh... look that way... a hacked e-mail account... a conspiracy... Distracted yet?
