Well the company just increased the size of their PP - now that should be seen as a positive sign by the handful of investors watching this thing :)

Rainmaker Mining Corp. has elected to increase the size of the private placement announced on Oct. 31, 2013, from up to five million units to up to 6.5 million units at a price of five cents per unit to raise proceeds up to $325,000, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval. The terms will remain the same as those described in the original news release.
