The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:La Guira - an odd discrepancyYou better do some more DD... I think that they are not so interested as they
were in the past, they just got an environmental approval they had been waiting
sometime for. I think sure they would buy if they can find something cheap, but
you dont find cheap unless its a little distressed.  Thats just what I came up with
in my latest DD on Colombian oil. You may have a different interpretation, Im looking
at PRE as an investment, owing to dividend, pipeline ownership, and a few other
KEY regulatory? factors that have recently gone their way. Just my thoughts.
