I am aware that it would be litigious to name names and will of course refrain, however it does not take a rocket scientist to see that the team is good and the people calling the day to day shots are mediocre, no hard feelings, just replace them with more able people. 

Many of us investors are also active in this industry and speak not from malice but many years of experience, it is time to recognize an old boys club that protects the status quo at the expense ot the shareholders.
