I willI will be out of here at a loss. Don't like what surrounding this play, King sounds great and all but managment deserves a kick in the nuts... to put it politely. who puts a pp at a 50% discount? Doesn't announce it, and then and then and then with these guys.
I suspect it will not pass as it was not publicly announced. I would of subscribed if I had known about it instead of buyiin at a 50% premium. What a joke public company that doesn't make things public... I believe this is a form of segrigation and criminal if it does go through.
Asher should be like my family... family comes first (owners of the stock) then other may participate if family doesn't eat all the shares.
