personally i think its a posibility to consider a class action suit against the company..their 3rd 1/4 2012 statements/ management discussions were full of unfulfilled promises and asumptions which did persuade me to buy in..... thoses projections and assumptions were never met and in my opinion could have been construed as false ...i see no future here
