Competing Bids? Watch Ingalls and Snyder....

Competing Bids? Watch Ingalls and Snyder....OW and management control 36 million share, I&S about another 12 million shares.

Over 20 million shares traded already on TSX with only 65 million available outside of management and I&S.

If Ingalls and Snyder are not selling into this I'd say the probability is high for a competing offer.
All cash offer and lots of time between now and January. Competing bid would have to be probably at least a buck higher to offset the $76 million for Coastal to bow out of the deal with CEPSA.

If I&S is selling by the truckload, the game may be over.  Watch Canadian Insider over the next week.

If not, things could get more interesting. Good luck to everyone.
