I dont know if Wade ever said that. The earliest I recall was Q2/3 2014. We all have to manage our own expectations. Its not realistic to expect a pipeline to be built without weather delays, right of way complications, etc. Getting materials on site and labour issues is a major undertaking in itself. Wade appears to be doing a great job to those who know whats all involved. Perhaps you can do a better job. Why not send them your CV?
