Question about last production update

In the last press release, MMT stated the following:

"On certain days in October 2013 export oil shipments into AGIP pipeline, before

pipeline losses, reached record levels in excess of 16,000 bopd"

Some posters in IV interpreted this as the "proof" of our current production capacity.

But I´m not sure about this. Since the press release referred to "oil shipments", and not "oil produced" on certain days, this volume of shipments could have been achieved by a combination of oil produced in that same day and oil produced in previous days and storaged in the facility. So this statement should not be considered as the "final proof" of our current production capacity.

Am I right in this? Any comments are welcomed as usual
