It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

RE:RE:RE:Cudney huh?  Dont follow your math Stan?  You say on Dec 31 Northfield had 13,819,000 shares then you say 20,937,878?
Are you saying they invested almost 10m for 21m shares and now those 21m shares are worth 1.36m less?  If so that drivell doesnt read that way.
