I don't post much and I am pretty green at this, but this deal seems WAY undervalued.  Didn't we hit .40 in recent - well maybe not so recent -  memory?  We did also hit .18 in February of this year?  Now since we have expanded to Haiti and are looking at who knows how many more countries with Digicel we're supposed to roll over and take .07 a share.  And we might not even see that .07??  Even if we did see the .07 it's less then half of the .18 we were at earlier.  

And as far as IMS, anyone seen any PR about anything they have done?  I haven't.

Why would you dump your share in a company making great inroads into markets no one else has been able to?

Something smells here.  I may not have a lot of voting power, but it will be going to the "No" side.

And yes Jim, I too believe if there is one offer more will be coming.

Again, this investing stuff isn't my bread and butter.  This is just my two cents.  Feel free to give me change....
