I was merely sharing my opinion and trying to gather other's thoughts on where the stock could head in the next month. The Jan 1st date is just a personal time frame I myself have for adding to my position - to see if I should add now or wait for a slight downturn.

I DO NOT have inside information.

While significant news could be released at anytime, I agree with you that no one knows when it could or will happen. I am simply speculating.

In my mind it is clear the lawsuit won'y get any traction until 2014 and while there have been some significant orders - $1.5M most recently - I believe the last $500K order was a month before. Will there be a December order? Will the order triple to $3M? 

Hard to say, but the volume and share price have not seemed to react significantly to the last $1.5M order; hence, my speculation for the share price to not jump above $1 before Jan.
