That's what I'm suspecting Rug.

Apple knows they got away with a fast one by baffling the jury with their BS at trial and they also know it ain't gonna fly in front of a panel of judges in an appeal. So if WiLAN does not file an appeal then they must have Apple signed on the dotted line with a pretty $$ hefty license agreement.

Some news like this will turn the stock around quick.
