great post. On the audio Lelievre say that they are ready to do loan of 6 to 10 millions but he also add that it is a range an it could be 5 or 12 millions at the end, the important for them is that it is not  a 40 millions loan by the government. 
So big new again it is not a dilution....
Could investissement Quebec could bring a 5 millions in share.... I hope for every Quebecer could be part of this success story.....


Also with today Insider buying this is also good news since he invest after the Nov 8th so probably he wanted to be a part and he new that the process will be working this time..  So anything below 0.53$ it's seem to be a deal...
