So in 1995 when Mike Fitzgerald was forced to resign and flee to Tucson, leaving Brent Johnson to be the "Fall Guy", I focused on protecting Brent Johnson after I met him for the first time on March 8, 2010 in Tremonton, Utah. Brent Johnson has a personal responsibility and liability to every MSX Stockholder since 1995. It takes it very seriously ---- and protects the INNOCENT ONES (not the corrupt ones, manipulators).
Brent Johnson is the only loyal person the all MSX SHs because of the actions against him by MSX Directors Tom Jackholm and others during most of 2012!
After the February 1, 2013 AGM where the Stockholders removed Jackholm and Olivier, Brent Johnson contacted me and we peacefully resolved our differences. I have protected every Kanco Stockholder since it was incorporated in Utah in September, 1982 and went public in 1984 based on the Nevada Senator Mine (1880s) which became the ABX Bullfrog Mine. Fitzgerald was receiving a royalty payment since July, 1989 when the first bar of gold was poured!
Back in 1977 I finished my very successful fund raising job at Northrop University (since 1974, law student when hired as the Assistant to the President) and commissioner of the AMERICAN HALL OF HISTORY......

..................and I had just moved to Salt Lake City and met Adnan Khashoggi and BYU President Dallin Oaks and shared with them my relationship with Ronald Reagan. I was immediately hired by Dr. Lawrence Lattman PhD, the University of Utah Dean of the College and Engineering and the College of Mines and Mineral Science because they needed money for their "summer jobs" for their PhD/Masters Degree students. I contact my people in Washington DC and special projects ($20 million each year) were funded. Then Dr. Lattman moves on the become the President of New Mexico Technology (where Mike Fitzgerald set up a scholarship program thru Dr. Lattman). How codrrupt were Fitzgerald and Dr. Ranspot against the MSX little stocholders! Zero. Just asked quer where the stock value went!
