Very Intriguing Activity

Nearly 25 Million Shares accumulated from September to November @ $0.015....Border Petroleum is a Sleeper Trading well below its NAV of $0.09. Working Capita is more than Triple the current SP alone. Only a matter of time before BOR asserts itself. Way too much Volume in recent weeks.
