RE:Good mention on IV Energy summary Nov 22Overall, I liked the presentation too.
Late next year, RMP will see another ramp in production from about 9,500 boe to who knows what, 12,000, 14000 boepd?
Meanwhile the competitive ARC drilling will prove up a lot of RMP's lands. The one negative of this will be the 'competitive drainage' on RMP's reserves along this border. Hate to see this, but there is nothing that RMP can do to defend itself, as it does not have the rigs nor the takeaway capacity.
My take is that I have changed my mind on a takeover by ARC in the near term. Much easer for them to siphon off RMP's oil.
Any reservoir engineers out there that can give us an idea of the effects of competitive drainage for the porosity/permeability present in the Ante Creek area? Is this material?
