RE:RE:Canaccord@bridgetonowhere - you are way off believing this analyst is trying to talk them down to get a better deal. You have no clue how investment banking works. Canaccord's Corporate Finance will deal with the spinco, not the analyst. He has to distance himself from Corporate Finance. Another important point, the counterclaim is against Fission Uranium not the spinco.
