The cretins in the market are just as dumb as queercraighenry ...HRT had to give up control and they need to sell another 45%...they can only afford a 5% stake with the limited amount of capital left. The sale to rosneft is good news because rosneft must believe in the gas monetization...all HRT wants to do now is develop polvo and they have the capital to do that
