RE:RE:IT MAY BE TIME FOR SHAREHOLDERS ACTIVISMJim Taylor is an accidental CEO of Nordex (he has never been a CEO of anything before, does not have any particular education that is suitable to run explosives company). Within the last decade he was just hired hand at Nordex making less than $50,000), just check the info circulars around 2005 to 2007 to verify). He got the CEO job when John Kozak was terminated in 2010 for some "sins" I do not know much about. In my humble opinion Kozak was better CEO than Taylor is, or possibly can be. Perhaps Kozak should be brought back.

The story is very good indeed. But thecurrent Board and management team are not executing well the growth plan prepared by the previous board. Most importantly they showed very little integrity when they megadiluted old shareholders in the attempt to entrench themselves.
