Very nice indeed but if you look at the numbers, only $136 mil earmarked for December and that is divided between 4 project. If we get some of that money its a start and it would be nice to get another cash injection at this point but its still a far cry from the $680 mil that is needed for construction. All I'm saying is December will NOT bring the big financing news we are all waiting for .... IMHO
