Glen Eagle Resources Acquires Land Permit in Nicaragua

Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (Montreal, QC, 26 November 2013; TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly own subsidiary Sand Gold SA has received the Land Permit from the Local Authorities in conjunction with the approval from the Ministry of the Environment (MARENA).

The Land Permit was issued on November 22, 2013 and ground work has already commenced on Sand Gold's concession to put the infrastructure in place with the main objective to have them ready before year end.

With this latest development in Nicaragua, Sand Gold's Project is now well implemented with the support from the Ministry of Mines, Ministry of the Environment, Local Authorities and the Local Communities.

Gilles Laverdiere, P.Geo., a qualified person under NI 43-101 has approved the technical content presented herein.
