RE:RE:RE:NEWS OUT ::: dundee acquired by private agreement
Hi Doit62. I don't think that the results need to be stellar in order for there to be a block on Dundee buying the shares. However it is a nice and hopeful theory. If there is a block in place at the present time, it just makes me wonder what Dundee will do when the block is raised. Will they start a buying spree on the open market? They have plenty of cash, whereas SA do not have much at the present time. SA really do need a sale at West Lombok IMO. The other theory I have is that they want to keep the share price down until the next cash raise has been done. SA and Dundee could fund next years drilling at whatever the share price will be at that time. This will dilute us other shareholders greatly as the share price has gone down even though we have had good news with the drill results so far. It is advantageous to hold SA shares at this time IMHO.
