RE:APO's share offering price,,,

Seanj1...I certainly hope that you're right, and I am wrong...but, the timing of the secondary offering leaves much to be desired for existing shareholders even if the share price rises the around $2 level before the Company comes to market. As well, there is also the issue of the underwriters fees...my guess...close to 10% if it is a bought-deal.
