The company is to become a supplier of rare earth oxides for the permanent magnet industry to be used in variety of industrial and consumer applications including wind turbines, automobiles, consumer electronics and medical equipment. Its project portfolio includes Strange Lake Rare Earth project, and Strange Lake Preliminary Economic Assessment.

Yeah... I fell for this story back when it was $6+ and Molycorp was over $70..... now look at them both. Problem with little penny stocks like these is they are just pump and dumps. It hyped from 7 cents to $8.88 on the story of its resources....... and then was brought back down to reality when it turned out nobody was gunna build a mine and the bubble that was REE popped.

It did teach me a very valuable lesson though. No more "venture exchange" stocks. They have no value.
