Rochester Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based company engaged in the exploration and development of its mineral property interests in Mexico. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Mina Real and San Francisco Properties, which are located in the state of Nayarit, Mexico, east of the state capital city of Tepic. In addition, the Company has an agreement to acquire a 70% interest in the Santa Fe Property. The Mina Real Property consists of 11 mining concessions and one mineral claim encompassing a total area of over 21,367.42 hectares (ha). The contiguous Santa Fe Property consists of one mining concession totaling approximately 3,852.66 ha. The San Francisco Property consists of 12 mining concessions encompassing over 18,125.05 ha. Its subsidiaries include ALB Holdings Ltd., Mina Real Mexico S.A. de C.V. and Compania Minera Santa Fe S.A. de C.V.

Other infrastructure activities at San Francisco/ Mina Real

The most important infrastructure activities carried out at the mine and projects were the following:

Tajos Cuates Mine

At Socavón level, in the NW extreme, infrastructure works continue for a C/P that will be a transfer area to haul mineral to the upper levels of the mine to reduce the use of scoop-trams to be used over the surface instead.

San Francisco Project

At Lluvia de Oro area, in the SE extreme of level 1600, the construction of the loader No. 4 was completed for the use small trucks to haul mineral to the surface.

The patio preparation was concluded and the development of the San Eduardo tunnel begun at 1485 elevation, to increase the mineralized material reserves in the Blocks LLO-10, LLO-11, LLO-15 and LLO-16, and to serve as ventilation and drainage of the upper levels and as main access road that will integrate all parallel systems in the "SISTEMA LLUVIA DE ORO-CHOLITA" for the medium-term.

CFE (Grid) authorization is received for the construction of the power line from Compostela to the operation areas of the Project. Activities for the technical study supporting the Land Use Change started.
