The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nearly 7 million shares traded... flat..CHI... is an alternate exchange. I believe the money going into PXT today, is money seeking the next best opp in Colombia now.. vis a vis takeover.. PMG is gone...I believe, so it makes sense.. And it does seem now things are very settled for PRE now to really go to work in Colombia.. That is what I was waiting for personally.. Im not so sure PRE need more light oil in their inventory, but they just closed a very large debt issue... I suspect they would have no problem adding additional private or public companies to their stable. They do pay dividend as well, and to me the deal they worked with PMG adds accretively... have a nice day.
