RE:FutureRed ranger, red ranger.....what are you smoking? Can' be the good stuff, cause you're having a bad buzz and you're comin' down hard.
The commissioner's decision was based on law and is irrevocable. The appeal can only be granted (approved for hearing) based on a procedural "faux pas". Even if the prov gov is absolutely desperate to strike a deal because it "is in the public interest" they have to compensate that little canadian company who owns the surface rights with an added perspective of future earnings.
I have a great deal of difficulty understanding your opposition to Frank refusing an offer that not only undervalues KWG's assets but also undermines the backbone of the legal system that protects exploration rights. I think the prov gov is going to tiptoe around this one, given the major "fudgeups" of the recent years. I also think it is uterly assinine to question the CEO's motive in negotiations, when he is trying to get you the best possible price for your shares.....again I repeat:" What are you freaken smokin"
Go play with your other holding and stop trying to influence this one to the downside...
Good luck to all truly dedicated KWG longs
