The Company has some really good land lease agreements that have Oil & Gas.  I believe it is just a matter of time now before we get a good level of BOE that makes this a non dilitutive oil producing / exploration company.  The last set of wells pushed us up to 2.30 on spec August 12, 2011 to be exact.  No worries here, just quiet accumulation when no body wanted it down in the .135 and .15 cent range. .30s are coming....
