Kanco SH Press Release on December 16th

Back on April 21, 2013 I posted an observation (see below) why Mike Fitzgerald moved to Vancouver and incorporated Cobre Exploration Ltd (MSX).

On December 16, 2013 I will be filing a Kanco Energy Inc (Nevada) Press Release in New York with the eight Class Action Law Firms (against ABX/Pascua Lama) detailing our relationship with Brent Johnson and the new MSX BOD (Bob Scrannage and Steve Holt) since February 8, 2013. It deals with my Motion for Default Judgment against Dr. Henry W. Ranspot PhD filed against him in my 2012 Nevada case. I have six “marketmakers” with the US General Public which will get directly involved with the hundreds of Kanco SHs and the Kanco JV signed by BJ, Jackholm and Olivier on March 15, 2011.

ABX has a new direction for 2013. Why? John L. Thornton is an American and he was paid a very handsome hiring fee in 2012 to take charge, jointly with Canadian Peter Munk.

American Thornton thinks differently than Canadian Peter Munk. That is the key information about the new ABX Leadership. Americans have a legal system which enables parties to peacefully settle because attorneys and judges promote it. That is the common standard between two financial successful companies. Because American Fitzgerald incorporate MSX in 1971, Americans connect why Fitzgerald moved to Canada --- to scam the "system" of Canada. He was very successful. When he retired, Fitzgerald left Canada, letting Brent Johnson take all the blame.

Then on January 4, 2010 Brent Johnson/MSX got to know another American, Steve Davis (PI since 1992 against ABX with Nevada mining claims). I fought Fitzzgerald's American attorney, Roger Jeppson in 1992 because Fitzgerald was the attorney for Kanco Stockholders.

In Canada and Chile, one is guilty until proven innocent. Until Jorge filed a criminal complaint against the Government of Chile, the Chilean judicial system left the “government” alone. But Jorge needed to hold "title" before the Chilean attorneys filed a complaint against for the former Government Leadership in Chile. In March, 2010 a new Chilean government was elected, first in 52 years to be conservative and the leader is a Billionaire.

Michael J. Fitzgerald was an American. Dr. Henry W. Ranspot PhD is an American. They operated differently than Canadian Brent Johnson. To defeat these two Americans, Brent Johnson had to discover the “differences” between self-serving Minnesotan Fitzgerald to that of a former US government employee (Atomic Energy Commission) Dr. Ranspot. BJ discovered the “differences” by researching the historical records of MSX, finally in 2012 when the MSX Civil RICO Complaint in Tucson, AZ was dismissed and an Appeal happened. In 2012 BJ discovered there is very little “friendship” between these two Americans through actual records of MSX. Why didn’t BJ do this type of research back in 1999?

What law controls MSX? Canadian. So like in Chile, MSX needs to file a criminal complaint against the Government of Canada.
