While the new shares are to be issued on or around Dec 6th, I wonder when they will give us the numbers to be applied to the spinco shares. I will expect that when these numbers are announced that the FCU shares will drop by the amount of the spinco shares.
In the case of AMW shareholders, we will get 5.725 shares of FCU after the FCU spinco is removed, plus the AMW spinco shares.  
I can't see how they can allow trading in either stock until these numbers are announced so investors know what they are dealing with. Trading was allowed until today because all assets remain in place until the deal is approved at the meetings.  
I think trading will halt on both stocks until this is done, if not it should be fun the watch what happens.
