There is no cap on how many shares one institution can own - if they own 10% or more of the shares they have to disclose their postion as a major holder. However LOM does not own the shares, they are brokering the shares to others, ie. they are buying for several over seas institional investors ect. I come by this information from having spoken with IR at WRX - this what they told me several weeks ago.
