I suppose the underwriting will be for one or two million $s and that probably ten million shares plus will be issued -  Thus diluting every other shareholders stake .If I am right then what is the point in buying stock now for it's current price ? I am not going to contribute anything more to BYV.s post - it doesn't have enough following - And Dutchy 31 , if BYV drops as I've predicted here - I won't be back to tell you " I told you so "

The only thing I would like to know is what is your hidden agenda my friend.
Not invested and that many contribution to this board and only with negativ stuff....
