No sell-off may also be due (very little) because we have  no US traders.

As far as CS not pulling the plug on TID....it is probably due to the fact that a lot of European financial institutions have too many non-performing loans on their books, but they are just paper losses unless &/or until they realize them & they really  want to avoid this, because that would
trigger asset sales to shore up their capital base or to sell shares or debt to be in compllance
with Basel III rules.
Any  of those options for  CS would anger shareholders or partners, but if push comes to shove they will cut the cord with TID w/o batting an eye.
