The BT2111 tests have all been conducted on mice using the HUMAN protein P97 which is the basis used in our Transcend vector. The likelyhood of it working in humans is a good bet. The uptake will likely be greater as well. With mice, the uptake was 6.6% (see Feb 7, 2012 news release). 6.6% could very well be enough for treating human brains but it could be 10% or greater.
