Jorge claims I, Steve Davis, is a witness for MSX because I dealt with Fitzgerald before MSX was incorporated. That is a very true statement. Jorge sent me an email on January 4, 2010 asking me if I knew Mike Fitzgerald and his dealings with ABX in Nevada. The MSX attorneys and the MSX BOD and Management have sent enouugh evidence to support that "claim".
I sued Barrick and Kanco Stockholders back in 1992 in Nevada. Roger Jeppson, a Reno, Nevada attorney (BYU graduate) represented the Kanco Stockholders. I sued the other Fitzgerald/Ranspot attorney Robert Peterson (89 attorney v. ABX-Goldstrike) in 2012 with Dallin Oaks

In 1999 MSX/Brent Johnson 1st sued Fitzgerald, Dr. Ranspot, their companies, and Roger Jeppson (US agent for MSX/Cobre Exploration since the 1970s) in the British Columbia Courts (Brent's Father was a BC Judge). And the MSX attorney failed to timely file documents to the BC Court. The case was dismissed (finalized in 2004).
The same year MSX loses in Canada, Jorge is silenced on the Internet by Barrick in Ontario Court of Appeals (Case Law).
I am important to MSX Stockholders because I am directly connected to the exposure of Fitzgerald and Ranspot Utah and Nevada attorneys (BYU connection).
When I was a BYU student, 1968-69, I got the BYU to give a "loan" to those connected to Newmont Mining in the Carlin Trend because I managed a Davis Family Drug Store in San Manuel, Arizona (summers, 65-69) and Fitzgerald worked for Kerr-McGee in Tucson (where I attended high school).
