Oil Up, DTX Down

Oil Up, DTX DownIt might seem like a bit of a paradox.

My thought is that some money managers are trimming their DTX holdings, in order to lock in some profits and secure their YE  bonuses.  Also, volume is extremely light.  Easy to push the stock down today.
