MD&A Outlook
The Company’s primary focus is to economically assess its primary asset the previously producing Kombat Mine in Namibia and determine the best strategy to bring it back into production. The Company also needs to devote some energy to evaluating their exploration permits, which hold significant promise considering their proximity to the previously producing Tsuemb Mine.
Suitably experienced engineering consultancies are being approached to determine if a compliant resource calculation can be generated from a significant amount of surface and underground diamond drilling completed on the western extension of the Kombat Mine (as is Far West). A modern shaft complex is available to access this area. The ultimate objective is to formulate a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Kombat Mine complex that will determine the scheduling and costs of returning the mine back to production. It is anticipated this work will be completed in the first half of 2014.
Exploration programs will commence in early 2014 on the Company’s exploration licenses. It is projected that at least 3 priority targets will be ready for drilling in the first half of 2014.
