RE:RE:RE:RE:Resigned....We'll.... You know Sino Forest. Accused of fraud. When it was halted by the OSC, Ontario version of SEC, they acctually ordered the CEO to step down, which they later recanted, but  damage was done. supposedly they have proof now.
