OceanelevenTo clarify my previous post;
If management were to issue such a dispersement it would be a cash on the barrelhead proof that their interest lies with the stockholders first.
Further it would make all the stock you peresntly hold a no loose situation;
even if the SP were to drop down to one cent a share you could still be out of it and up on the game.

Would it be fair to say that AOS is in the business of flipping potential oil producing land and not doing too badly at it either?
Lets forget this talk of a JV partner to become a producer;
to me it doesn't look like that is their business model.
