Why did the CEO go?

Why did the CEO go?

Any views on why this happened?
Was he asked to leave.  If so why?  Does his departure indicate big problems in completing the ramp up ?  Could it be the financial situation is much worse than it appears/

He does not seem to be the kind of person who quit without being pushed.

leaving without any explanation cannot help the share price
