RE:what's wrong?my guess is investors were waiting to unload their positions with some bids.
they want out of the gold sector at whatever price, they just couldn't do it with the bids Calico had before at .08 .10.
as for the deal,
would have been nice to see a sale of the company for .50 - .60 and sell up there.
but even with Calico going foreward they will have cash on hand and plenty of options if you still believe in gold there will be tons of properties for sale cheap if Calico wants to jump back in right away or pay out some of the cash in dividend and wait.
just too much cash left on the table to sell here but some investors are just bailing and getting what they can. might see selling pressure until the positions are unloaded then back to very low volumes proabably in the .30 - .35 range as the cash sits there.
