Idelfreebird ,Very good explanation on the operaion .At Bell Creek it looks to me quite an exhautive work to bring 40 tons of ore at surface and time taken for a cycle.This demonstrate clearly the necessity to built a new shaft to go deeper and accelerate the flow of ore at surface .
As far as Timmins West is concerned I understand the mining sequence issue but it surely  might be improved! I understand now, why they will base their 2014 guidance on a 3000 t/d operation but it is unfortunate they cannot used their optimum mill capacity.
The information given clarify some points I din't catch!!
Finally just to say that  to operate a mine is not an easy work .
I thank you very much .
