Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Irwin sounds like a bit of a Trader in and out. That said, timing is really tough. GOLONG would NOT be a holder of any ABC Fund with this mindset.

His ABC Fund is up 23% YTD . . . GOLONG is up 47% ( as of today). Enough said. SLAP!

As to his IAE view, says the STREET loves it, which bothers him. Very odd comment. I'd say RUN IRWIN and SELL now before IAE gets taken out at an great PREMIUM. He also said that if IAE gets taken out...ALL bets are off??

What hte $@%# does that mean?? Um, ya think. Sure all bets are OFF, cause the offer is the offer unless IAE says they are entertaining OTHER offers or have MULTIPLE offers. Brutal.

How do these guys get to be Analysts. Did SHINY open a School?????

Even HE has yet to be in contact with LES THOMAS . . The IAE Masked Avenger...
