Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). Are reverse splits good ?

I have heard that stock prices go higher when they split. Where did you guys hear about the split ? Was it mentioned in the analyzer report ? I only hope it happens if it is good. Will they tell us soon before they do the splitting ?
