A bigger shakeup

A bigger shakeup is needed, or this will slowly fizzle out.  They don't have any more divs to cut so they are going to have to do some major internal hatchet jobs to right the ship.

One of the first steps should be to ditch that token CFO.  They need a real money guy in there not a bookkeeper which is what he is.  Seen that before where the Controller gets bumped into the CFO role when they can't find a suitable replacement.  Most Controllers don't necessarily make a good CFO.  He doesn't really have a effing clue how to fix this.
So if the CEO can't at least make that move then maybe he should be the first one to go.   Until they make one or both of those moves expect to call this the" Incredible Shrinking Data Company. "

Going, going, gone......
