RE:Deal with Bloom Burton

The way I'm reading this - it's a definitive agreement to provide research for cash and other considerations. Nowhere is the term LOI used. As I've said before, this collaboration with Bloom Burton might be more lucrative than everything else we've seen to date. Also, I'm still suspecting BB is prettying up the virgin for an arranged marriage. JMHO
