Quest Rare Minerals Ltd is a Canadian exploration company developing Strange Lake rare earth deposit in northeastern Quebec, Canada. The Strange Lake REE deposit contains quantities of all the rare earth metals used in permanent magnets. The company is to become a supplier of rare earth oxides for the permanent magnet industry to be used in variety of industrial and consumer applications including wind turbines, automobiles, consumer electronics and medical equipment. Its project portfolio includes Strange Lake Rare Earth project, and Strange Lake Preliminary Economic Assessment.

You are bang on Metalsguy.

My take is that the $2.5 billion capex was purposely done in an ultra conservative fashion to dissuade the hangers on at a cheap pps average priceso that the insiders can cherry pick cheap shares. Anil was given marching orders to NOT be so nice to us irrelevant bloodsuckers....(that's how we are seen by the insiders btw).
Peter Cashin is a useless twit and he obeys marching orders from his handlers.

The way I see it is that QRM is not a turkey...the insiders just want us to have that impression because they now want to be the SOLE beneficiaries of this very successful venture to be.

If they chad the money they'd take it private. The fact that they need the Provincial Government is a blessing for us "bloodsuckers" otherwise they'd through us under the train....literally and me first.
