RE:RE:RE:RE:Buy in @ ???Waitingstill,  Do you think this would be the first time that Sprott loaned a company money and didn't end up taking over the resource?  These loans are not set up for Bankruptcy, it is set up so he gets assets and leaves the company to the bankruptcy.  Look at what Waterton has done with companies like Golden Pheonix, Griffen Gold, & Royal Standard the last 2 years in NV.  All assets have landed in Watertons hands leaving the shell of a company and the shareholders with nothing but debt.  I strongly suggest you read the terms of the loan again.

Also, not trying to bash, is it not a fact that Company owed $12M to the groups I mentioned.  Did FC not say the contract miner was working on the come?  I don't have the complete list of people owed money, but if the listed $12M they can't just not pay, or those holding the debt would sue?  Am I missing something?
